Donnie Fox Obituary, Death – On Thursday, February 23, 2023, medical staff at the Lancaster General Hospital discovered that Donald Fox, a resident of Holtwood who was 55 years old, had passed away there. His father, Donald Fox, was originally from Akron, and his mother, Charlotte Simmons Gehman, was originally from Ephrata. He was their son. It is the place of his birth.
He was a frequent visitor to The Church of Holtwood, where he attended services. Donald was a lone proprietor of his painting business and pursued painting as his lifelong interest. He filled his spare time with fishing trips and fiddling with model cars, two of his favorite hobbies. In addition to his parents, he is survived by three children, two grandchildren, and three siblings. His parents passed away before he was born.
His children are Zachary, who is the husband of Krystal Fox of Campbelltown, Cody Fox, who lives in Glen Rock, and Carly Rodriguez, who lives in Lititz. His siblings include Tracey Fox of Ephrata, Tammy Martin, who is married to Rodney Martin of Georgia, and James Gehman, who is married to Michelle Gehman of Bowmansville.
Rawlinsville Mennonite Church, which can be found in Holtwood at 838 Susquehannock Drive, will be the location of the funeral ceremony that will be place on the first Wednesday of March at ten in the morning.
At the church, there will be a viewing that will begin at nine in the morning and continue right up to the time of the service. Reverend Burton Salthouse is going to act as the master of ceremonies for the event. In addition, there will be a viewing session on Tuesday evening at the church from six o’clock until eight o’clock. The funeral and the interment are planned to take place at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
