The identify of a man who was slain in a shooting that took place inside a Hobby Lobby distribution center in Oklahoma City on Wednesday afternoon has been made public by the law enforcement officials there. The incident occurred on a Wednesday afternoon.
That particular day was when the incident took place. On Wednesday at 4:45 in the afternoon, residents in the neighborhood called the police to report hearing gunshots being fired. The distribution center that is located close to South Council Road and Southwest 44th Street is where the officers were dispatched to investigate the situation. According to a news release, officers apparently obtained information that a shooter was still active within the facility, and this information was included in the report that they received. When the police got at the area, they found that there was not a situation with an active shooter but rather a solitary argument between two employees.
After arriving at the scene, the police reportedly discovered this information for themselves. After the police had arrived at the scene, it was discovered that this was in fact the situation. The police said that after an argument between the suspect and his supervisor, it appeared that the suspect proceeded to the parking lot, where his vehicle was parked, and retrieved a revolver from there. After going back inside, the suspect shot the victim, who was later pronounced dead at the scene of the crime. The culprit then fled the area. After that, the suspect ran away from the scene.
